How does the 14-day trial work?
The trial is gated by a short qualified intake (we confirm you are a legitimate hotel or agency). No credit card is required to start, and the trial itself never charges you. You get the full subscription for 14 days. If it is not for you, you do nothing and access simply ends. If you want to continue, you choose to subscribe: at that point you add a payment method and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How is the Audit different from the subscription?
The subscription is ongoing, weekly intelligence you run yourself. The Audit is a one-time, fixed-scope deep dive: we build a prompt set around your goal, monitor it weekly across 4 weeks, and deliver a comprehensive report plus a 30-minute readout. It suits a specific decision or a case you need to make, and it includes 3 months of Intelligence access so you can watch what changes after you act.
Do you implement the changes for us?
No, we do not run campaigns or make changes for you. We measure how AI sees you, diagnose the gaps, and hand you a clear, prioritized plan with a way to track progress, so you or your agency can act on it. The audit gives your team a report to inform a campaign; advisory adds the strategy and the longer-term plan. I am weighing an Audit and Advisory. Which should I pick?
If you want a one-time deep dive for a specific decision, the Audit is the fastest path. If you also want a plan to act on and a strategic working session, Advisory is usually the better value: it includes the deep-dive work, the written plan, and a full year of Intelligence access. Many properties weighing both end up choosing Advisory.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, weekly scanning and access to your reports pause until you resubscribe. Your data is not deleted, it is saved, so when you pick the subscription back up everything is right where you left off.
Is this for hotels, agencies, or both?
Both. Hotels and agencies use the same $249 per month subscription. There is no separate agency price. Whether you are tracking your own property or your clients, the plan is the same.
Do you need access to our booking system or guest data?
No. We only measure how public AI engines describe your property. We never touch your booking system and we hold no guest data. To get started we need your property name, city, and the competitors you want tracked.
