Does BlindSpot need access to our guest data or PMS?
No. BlindSpot only tests how public AI engines describe your hotel — we never touch your PMS, booking system, or guest records, and we process no personal guest data. Onboarding needs only your hotel name, city, and the competitors you’d like tracked. No DPA, no data residency forms, and no IT review required to start.
